School Rules

Parents are requested to go through the following rules and regulations and are expected to co-operate with Educators and school staff.

School Timings :

Play Group :   Monday – Friday    9.00 am to 12.00 pm

Nursery      :   Monday – Friday   9.00 am to 12.00 pm

Jr. KG          :   Monday – Friday    8.30 am to 12.30 pm

Saturday (1st and 3rd)    9.00 am to 12.00 pm

Sr. KG          :   Monday – Friday    8.30 am to 12.30 pm

1st – 4th      : Monday – Friday   9.00 am to 2.00 pm

Saturday (1st and 3rd)    9.00 am to 12.00 pm

Discipline

Special care is taken to develop in the students, a sense of discipline among the students in the school premises as well as outside. Therefore, the following points may be noted carefully:-

  • All the students are required to reach the school in time and attend the morning assembly.

  • Absence without a written request for leave from the parent/guardian is strictly forbidden. Also, half day leave is not permissible except in an emergency.

  • No student is allowed to leave the school during working hours unless permitted by Principal/HM on the written request of parent/guardian.

  • Students indulging in truancy shall be liable to suspension or expulsion from the school.

  • Cleanliness is expected from all the students. Their nails must be properly trimmed. Teeth must be absolutely cleaned, and their hair must be neatly cut, oiled and combed.

  • Any damage done to the school property will have to be made good by the parent/guardian of the concerned student.

Some Noteworthy Points

  • Students are not allowed to bring with them any books, magazines or papers other than the school books.

  • The school reserves the right to suspend the student whose conduct has an adverse influence on other students.

  • In case of emergency/half day leave the school will not hand over the child to any unknown person (drivers, cousins, maids etc), however the child will be allowed to leave if the parent has taken written/telephonic permission from the Principal/HM.

Suspension / Dismissal /Termination

The school reserves the right to suspend, dismiss or terminate a student if he / she does not confirm to the student code of conduct. Acts of indiscipline as listed below will be severely dealt with:

  • Coming late to school regularly.

  • Staying away from classes, morning assembly or other activities.

  • Misusing school property, scribbling on walls, furniture and toilet walls etc.

  • Breaking the school rules and regulations.

An Advice to Parents/ Guardians

  • Students are expected to report to school on time.

  • Parents are expected to read the notices and circulars regarding the activities, celebrations and other relevant information from time to time including those given in this diary.

  • Parents are expected to attend all Parents Teachers Meetings without fail.

NOTE: Kindly cooperate with the school authorities in relation to the expectations from you at all times.
